Talk to the models you choose, hand agents real tools, and keep every conversation, plan and result in one place.
Shade
Voice and text servers with channels, a music bot, whiteboards and game channels. New accounts start here.
Studios
Image, 3D, photo, video, audio, music, vector and word tools, with a guided build when you want the whole pipeline at once.
Games
Umbra Arcade for a quick game with your server, and Umbral Vault to install, update and play Studio Umbra titles. There is no separate launcher to download.
A pet on your desktop
Your site pet can leave the window and sit on the taskbar. It says, out loud if you like, when a reply lands, an agent needs an approval or someone mentions you.
Lives in the tray
Close the window and it keeps running. Start with Windows, a permission table you control, and a settings page for all of it.
Getting started
- Run the installer. It installs for your user only, no administrator prompt, and puts Studio Umbra in the Start Menu.
- Sign in with your Studio Umbra account, or create one on the first screen. New accounts open Shade and the Umbra Arcade; games install from Umbral Vault.
- Right-click the tray icon for Settings: the pet on the desktop, the voice, permissions and start-with-Windows.
Testing with us
This is an early public test. Expect rough edges, and tell us about them.
- Something broke? Write to us with what you did and what happened. The log is at
%LocalAppData%\Ripllm\desktop.log. - Want more than Shade and the arcade? Ask for tester access and say which tools you would use.
- Updates: install the new version over the old one; your settings and sign-in are kept. There is no in-app update check yet, so watch the news.
Links that open the app
The installer registers studioumbra:// with Windows. Paste one of these in a message, a post or a page and a click lands in the app (the site asks before it hands the link over):
